Payment Plan Consent

I agree to the payment plan, and understand that complete payment is broken into 4 installments paid monthly with the first payment due at registration. Remaining payments will be charged to the original card the same day as the original charge for the following 3 months, unless other arrangements are made with Rivers Edge.
